Ownership and independence
Ownership, stated plainly. Estoril Sol SGPS, S.A. (operator of Casino Estoril) publishes rivercanyongroup.com. We do not own, manage or market Palácio Estoril Hotel; as far as we can establish it is independently owned, and it has not paid for, read or approved this page. We do, however, profit when people choose to spend time in Estoril, and the casino we run stands across the gardens from the hotel. That interest means this is not an independent review; weigh it with that in mind.
Using the site
Reading, quoting short passages with a link back and sharing pages privately are all welcome. Mass copying, harvesting by robots, overloading our hosting and unlawful purposes are off limits.
Age
The site addresses adults: 18 at minimum, rising to 21 wherever a local rule demands it for related services.
Information, not advice
We work hard on accuracy, yet hotels change menus, hours and policies without warning us. Before a detail shapes your plans, get it confirmed by the Palácio's own staff.
Third parties
Estoril Sol has no say over the Palácio, booking platforms or transport companies, nor over their prices and price changes, resort, service or tourist fees, availability, cancellation rules and the quality of what they provide. Whatever you book forms a contract between you and that provider alone.

Intellectual property
The wording and the page design are the publisher's work unless stated otherwise. Names of hotels, towns and attractions stay with their rightful owners; we cite them purely to identify the location in question.
Liability
So far as Portuguese and EU law permit, Estoril Sol cannot be held to account for knock-on losses that follow from reading these pages. Liability that law makes impossible to exclude stays untouched.
Governing law
Portuguese law governs these conditions, with jurisdiction given to the Portuguese judiciary. Consumers living elsewhere keep whatever mandatory protection their home country grants them.

Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.
